Week 13 – Down 17
I had hoped to lose 2 pounds a week but that doesn’t seem to be working out for me. I should be down 26 pounds at this point, but I am only down 17 pounds.
I guess it is time to play the exercise card. I will start out slow so I don’t kill myself and see if that speeds up the weight loss. This mild winter and hopefully a early spring should help with the walking part of my exercise plans. If not there is always the treadmill!
