Oven “Fried” Bacon
I have heard about this for years, but never tried it until recently. This is the only way to cook bacon. I wish I had started cooking it this way decades ago.
Get some good thick bacon.
Cover a baking sheet with foil and lay your bacon on the sheet.
Put the baking sheet with the bacon in a cold oven then turn the oven on to 400 degrees.
After about 15 minutes start checking the bacon closely. It can burn fast if you don’t watch it.
Thicker bacon takes longer than thinner bacon of course.
Eat!
