Week 8 – Down 12

I am getting behind in my updates. I will fill the the necessary info as I make some time.
Well, I am happy to say that I am starting to drop a few pounds after being stuck for a couple of weeks. I blame Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. I am behind in my goal of losing two pounds a week now by four pounds. So maybe I can try and lose three pounds a week for four weeks and get back on track. Feeling better, clothes are getting baggy, I might even start exercising!
I am currently making a list of foods that are helping me lose weight. Foods that I eat almost everyday. Hopefully, I will get the list completed and posted this weekend.
