			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have heard about this for years, but never tried it until recently.  This is the only way to cook bacon. I wish I had started cooking it this way decades ago.</p>
<p>Get some good thick bacon.</p>
<p>Cover a baking sheet with foil and lay your bacon on the sheet.</p>
<p>Put the baking sheet with the bacon in a cold oven then turn the oven on to 400 degrees.</p>
<p>After about 15 minutes start checking the bacon closely. It can burn fast if you don&#8217;t watch it.</p>
<p>Thicker bacon takes longer than thinner bacon of course.</p>
<p>Eat!</p>
