It's March 30th. It only snowed two inches today. ( insert sarcastic yay here )

At Woodstock they chanted "No More Rain, No More Rain". I'm chanting "No More Snow" , "No More Snow".

Ok, it didn't work then and it isn't working now!

How about a federal bailout? No winter bonuses!

This weather sucks! I vote no! Boooooooooo!

Wow, It's March 20th, the first day of spring. Guess what? The temperature almost hit 50 degrees! It didn't, but it came close. Close enough for me. ( 49.1 )
There are parts of the ground that will soon become our yard, that actually can be seen! Ok, full disclosure, most of the bare soil is over the septic tank, but hey, it's DIRT! and we can see it!!

Hey, I like snow, like everyone else, but after 4 months, I like it less.

I would like to thank the few neighbors that thought they needed to feed the wildlife ( deer and moose ) all winter. I really hope you got some "feel good" out of the fact that you probably killed more wildlife by trying to feed them.
We don't need any more deer in the neighborhood and I appreciate the "animal lovers" that kill the wildlife in the winter. We need to thin them out more, so keep feeding them!
I know that sounds cruel, but nature has a good plan for our animals, and you are really screwing it up, and killing the very animals you think you are helping.

The best thing you can do, if you love wildlife, is to let them be wild. You are destroying wildness by feeding them.
